Preparation of Supported Bimetallic Ce/Fe activated carbon for Desulfurization reaction

چکیده

Activated carbon is loaded with 2 totally different metals: Ce and iron. The catalyst was characterised by Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET) Fourier rework Infrared (FTIR). discharged conditioner had the best area pore volume of 1100 m2/g 0.3 cm3/g, respectively.AC/Ce/Fe achieved kerosene adsorption performance (75%) though lowest surface 965.7608 0.39 cm3/g due to acidic sites required for sulfur compounds. Batch experiments AC/Ce/Fe showed a high capacity. These were designed Minitab Response Surface Methodology RSM 2019. Analysis variance ANOVA shows that concentration H2O2 has most significant effect on removal followed reaction time temperature, respectively. model optimization set its parameters additives 10 ml H2O2, temperature 80 0C 5 hr.
